Cluttered counters can make your whole home feel messy.
Even when everything else is clean.
The goal isn’t to keep them empty.
It’s to keep them controlled.
Limit What Stays Out
Only keep what you use every day.
Everything else can be stored away.
For example, small appliances, extra containers, and random items tend to build up quickly.
Create One Contained Area
Instead of spreading things out, group them together.
This could look like a small tray or basket holding your most-used items.
This makes everything feel more intentional.
I have a few of my personal favorites listed HERE
Reset Daily
A quick reset at the end of the day keeps things from piling up.
put items back
wipe surfaces
clear anything that doesn’t belong
Avoid “Temporary” Drops
Setting something down “for now” is how clutter starts.
It’s easier to deal with it right away.
Easy…but EXTRA Tip
Keeping just one small container or tray on your counter can make a big difference in keeping things organized.
HERE you will find my favorites
Final Thought
Counters don’t need to be empty to feel clean.
They just need to be controlled.
